Why can't I mark a Submission as Awarded?

If you are unable to mark a Vendor as Awarded because you don't see the option in the Actions menu as shown below:

Then it's possible the Project has not yet been marked Completed.

To move your Project to the Completed stage, click Actions on the Details page and select Mark as Completed:

Once your Project is in the Completed stage, you can select Award from the dropdown beside any of the Submissions to your Project! For more details on awarding a vendor, please click here.
