I see "Processing" when I try to open a submission, what does this mean?

"Processing" only pertains to the built-in document previewer that allows you to view most files within Auburn instead of downloading them and viewing them via a program on your computer.  

If you see “processing,” you and your team will still be able to download and access all the submission files. To further explain the processing, it is just an estimation of how many pages are within the submission files. 

This conversion process may take up to half an hour, depending on the length of the document and its position in the queue. If some of the vendor submissions still say processing or include a “~ “, it means our document viewer is unsure of how many pages are within one or all of the submission files.
